My Journey My path in technology began at the component level—quite literally—repairing circuit boards and conducting quality assurance for companies like Motorola and JDS Uniphase. This foundational knowledge of hardware evolved into a deep expertise in software, databases, and IT infrastructure.

Over the last decade, I served as a key player at Innovapost (now Deloitte Inc.), where I wore many hats: Senior Retail Service Desk Agent, Service Desk Supervisor, Application Analyst, and Tester. This 12-year tenure taught me the value of adaptability. I didn’t just support systems; I trained teams, analyzed complex data, and ensured the stability of critical applications for Canada Post.

What I Do I blend technical expertise with a human-centric approach. My skillset spans:

• Application & Database Support: Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and database management.

• Web Development: extensive experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and HTML/CSS.

• Leadership: proven track record in coaching teams and managing critical incidents.

Beyond the Tech I believe that communication is just as important as code. Fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu, I pride myself on being able to bridge cultural and technical divides to provide exceptional support.

When I’m not analyzing data or designing websites, I am constantly learning, staying current with the latest development tools to ensure I bring the best solutions to the table.
